At least I try, and am having fun, right? :-D
Great idea @trollmeat
Time for a wip post. I'll put more on my plog when I get chance.
May I present my Digital Parasite v001...
@TakUnderhand that is AMAZING!!!
Time to paint!!
Thanks @Sammun! Wouldn't fancy it's chances against those fleshwrought though...
Like the tank bases the best
Like the mixing of scales. Works really well.
Holy shit @Sammun!
@Sammun - that's an amazing selection of figures! Great stuff
Here's my somewhat humbler selection.
Introducing N.A.T.E. (Necromundan Artificial Tactical Enforcer) and C.U.R.R (Canine Utility Retrieval Robot). Cyber-mastiffs are used by the Adeptus Arbites and Enforcers throughout the Imperium. Some are fully artificial constructs, others are cyborgs, more akin to servitors. C.U.R.R. is the latter - a feral canine enhanced with cybernetic implants and simple tracking/retrieval programming.
N.A.T.E. is somewhat more unusual - artificial intelligence is shunned and feared by the Imperium. Even the Adeptus Mechanicus rarely develop autonomous robotic constructs. N.A.T.E. was developed for the Necromundan Enforcers by Cybermyme, a shadowy tech guild, rumoured to be bankrolled by Lord Helmawr himself. N.A.T.E. is the perfect robot cop - able to respond to situational changes, immune to human error, clad in thick armour plates, and, or course, armed with the Arbitor's tool of the trade - the enforcer pattern boltgun.
Here are the two new recruits alongside some other Arbitors:
Thanks very much for the kind words guys!
The bloke with the tennis racquet arm is got a makeover tonight, he's too weedy and needs a little more power!
Then I broke the big bloke and decided he needed a bit of work too.
@Sammun, the treaded servitor with the three-bladed drilling bit for a hand - where did the drill tip piece come from?
Hey @Blood Donor. That's from the centurion kit.
So much awsomeness here! Will be super happy with not finishing in last place (or finishing at all!). Finally got the last bits and will try to get them painted in the next 5 days (going away on vacation next week).

Hello, I am quite new to Yak Tribe and I was hoping to put something together for this competition (I know- I've barely got just over a week to pull it off)! I have a question I need answered before I can get started, however.
I was reading the rules and it mentions that you have to keep a work in progress blog to qualify. But I don't see anywhere on Yak Tribe where there is a place for members to write a blog...am I missing it, or does this mean I have to go to another website to establish the blog and then link it?
Thanks for your time (and in advance for a reply)!
Just head on over to the Miniatures and Terrain section ane start your own log-thread!

Hi @DestroyerFaith , The models and terrain section of the forum is where folk keep plogs (Painting logs I think it stands for). Just a thread in their is what is meant by that, rather than a dedicated blog page or owt. Hope that helps
(an example is the post above yours, Gorkas 'plog' is linked in his sig (or here for ease http://gaming.yaktribe.org/community/threads/all-things-gorkamunda-some-kind-of-log-i-guess.1173/) That's his plog).
Gah, ninja'd by the might gorka himself!
Thanks for the directions! I'm on my way!
Thanks very much for the help! I appreciate it!
Here's the latest on the track to go with the entry
My sound system is quite bass-heavy, so you may find that this version is a bit hissy on a mobile device! Still working on it - It's my first attempt at making music.
